How it works
The outdoor space request must be approved by UEE prior to selecting packages.
Select your tailored tailgate package or elect to build your own custom package
Select your catering and beverage options. Share your preferences, and we’ll manage the coordination with the vendors leading up to the event.
Leading up to the event and the day of your tailgate, you’ll have one dedicated point of contact for any questions or adjustments.
We’ll handle the clean up after the event ensuring the space is up to campus standards.
Equipment Packages
We have a select number of pre-built packages that you can choose from for your group. You will also have the option to customize your package for your group. Please note that all custom packages must include fencing for a secure perimeter and at least one tent.
