Tailgate Lots
The classic tailgate experience. Reserve your own spot with a full setup steps from the stadium. Tables, chairs, coolers, tent and included. Add catering and drinks to make it yours. You order, we set up. You enjoy, we clean up.

Delivery, Setup, & Takedown
All Tailgate Lot Packages include delivery, setup, and takedown as part of the package price. Deliveries begin when lots open at 8:00 AM.
The team carts equipment directly to the vehicle and sets up when the customer arrives. At kickoff, the team returns for cleanup - everything is packed up and taken care of. Any personal items left at the tailgate will be disposed of. Tailgating is not allowed during the game per University Policy.
With a Vehicle
Once you arrive in the lot, text a photo of your location, vehicle description, and nearest pole number. The team brings the tailgate package to you once you are next in the queue.
Without a Vehicle
(Stadium & Joyce Lots ONLY)
Designated spots in Stadium or Joyce lot where the package is pre-set. Parking passes must be sent or sourced through aftermarket resellers. Not available in North/Library Lots.
Start Times: 8:30 AM for day games, 9:30 AM for night games.
Parking Passes
Parking passes are not included in package prices. Gameday can help add one to the order.
Prices vary based on lot, game, time of year, and other factors. A pass can be added before or after purchase.
Catering Add-On
Gameday partners with local food providers. Catering can be added to cart after selecting a tailgate package, or added after placing the tailgate order.
Day Games: delivered between 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Night Games: delivered between 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM OR 2:00 - 3:30 PM
Beverage Add-On
Gameday partners with Taphouse on the Edge for beverage orders. Place order online at www.gamedaydelivers.com.
On game day, sign for your order at the concierge tent in for Stadium/Walsh lot at 9:00 AM. Valid ID required before accepting orders.
Staff helps transport beverages to the tailgate and stock coolers.

Location
The tailgate experience is located in the grass area East of the Hesburgh Library and South of McCourtney Hall. Only a 9-minute walk to the stadium entrance.
We offer an organized tent layout and site plan that helps guests easily find their tailgate location.
Access & Drop-Off
Parking is not included in your package. We recommend getting dropped off at the North entrance of campus off of Douglas and Wilson Rd. at the drop-off location indicated on the map - our team will have a check-in tent with staff ready to help you transport your belongings to your tailgate.
If you would like to park near your tailgate, the closest location available on game day is the North lot.

7:30 PM Kick - Tailgate Lawn opens at 12:00 PM

Tailgate FAQ
How early can I access my tailgate lot?
Lots open at 8:00 AM. No-vehicle tailgates start at 8:30 AM for day games and 9:30 AM for night games.
What's the difference between Lots and Lawn?
Lots are turnkey tailgate setups in university parking lots, either next to your vehicle or in our no-vehicle areas. Lawn has turnkey tailgate setups in the grass area south of McCourtney Hall.
Can I add catering to my tailgate package?
Absolutely! Catering can be added when you book or anytime after.
How many people can fit in one package?
Depends on the package. We can expand any package to match your needs.
What happens if it rains?
Tailgates continue unless extreme weather (lightning, high winds) prohibits us from accommodating your needs. This is determined by the University and local officials.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks to the Tailgate Lots and Tailgate Lawn! You are not required to use our catering and beverage services if you have a tailgate package.
The Kick-Off Party does not allow outside food and beverage.
Is parking included with the tailgate packages?
No, parking is not included in your tailgate package.
Specialty packages, like the CJ Carr Lot Package, do include a parking pass.
Do the coolers come with ice?
Yes, the coolers do include ice! For every 48-quart cooler, you’ll receive one 20lb bag of ice. For every 120-quart cooler, you’ll receive two 20lb bags of ice.
